- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Moody’s Investors Services for the following online financial services for the Library: Moody's Credit Research: Global Banking Service, Sovereign Research, Credit Trends, Syndicated Loans, Asset Backed Securities, Asset Backed Commercial Paper, CDO Research, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities, and Residential Mortgage Backed Securities, Ratings Interactive-Corporate Americas and the Default Risk Service.. Offerors capable of providing these online financial services shall submit documentation to the POC listed below no later than July 1, 2008 12:00ET.
