- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-08-T-0025 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS for determination of size status is 212321; Small Business Standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for 11,000 tons of #5 Limestone to be delivered to Camp Shelby, Mississippi.
