You may email your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-C, Garry Biller, Contracting Officer, via email garry.biller@us.army.mil. No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: AX819683AX, NSN: 2840-01-098-7499, PN: 6034T30G06, Quantity: 120 each applicable to the UH-601/AH-64A Engine (T-701C). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 120 each, 467 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 299 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 120 each, 311 DACA. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses Metro Machine Works Inc (Cage Code 50554), Kerns Mfg Corp (Cage Code 93596) and Ferrotherm Corp (Cage Code 01993) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
