- Purchase Request number IQC08161009068, NSN 5342-01-318-1397, COUPLING, CLAMP, GROOVED, The item is to be utilized on a HH-60 HELICOPTER. Solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0815; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 114 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 114 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 456 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 456 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 912 each for the base and option years. This item is I/A/W a source control drawing- General Electric, cage code 99207, Rev AA dtd 8/8/1999. The approved source for this requirement is VIJ CORPORATION., cage code 94581, part number 53185AG. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 47 days ARO. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is July 14, 2008 & closing date of August 13, 2008.
