- The Regional Contracting Office SW is soliciting quotations for sixty (60) bleacher sections, 10 row x 15 foot long. The solicitation includes the teardown and removal of 59 existing bleacher sections; and ultimate disposal of 55 bleacher sections. The work will be performed at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business. The applicable NAICS is 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is being conducted utilizing simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items under the authority of FAR 13.5.
