- SYNOPSIS The Department of Health Human Service Office of Minority Health (OMH) intends to competitively award a Labor Hour contract for Call Center Services at 1101 Wooton Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four consecutive options of one-year each. The total contract potential period is 5 years. Services will begin on 30 September 2008 to 29 September 2012 located at the Office of Minority Health, 1101 Wooton Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852, which has a continuing requirement for Call Center services. General Scopes of requirement include management of telephone services; library; information, Communication & Outreach, Capacity Development & Technical Assistance, Information Technology, and Internet Clearing House Services. The solicitation is restricted to all small businesses under the (8a) program. The release of the solicitation is anticipated to be posted during the week of 21-25 July 2008. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, in the solicitation will provide submission details and receipt of offer date. Inquiries will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released.
