- SYNOPSIS The United States Communication Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) Fort Monmouth, NJ, 07703 intends to award a five (5) year with two (2) one year option periods; Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Twelve (12) different Molded Cable Assemblies, NSN: 5995-01-055-2239, NSN: 5995-01-056-1011, NSN: 5995-01-1124-1439, NSN: 5995-01-139-1813, NSN: 5995-01-139-1814, NSN: 5995-01-139-1815, NSN: 5995-01-142-2689, NSN: 5995-01-142-2690, NSN: 5995-01-142-2691, NSN: 5995-01-142-2692, NSN: 5995-01-144-5982, NSN: 5995-01-262-0589. Drawings will be provided at the time of solicitation. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% HUB ZONE SET ASIDE. The small business size standard is 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335931. The Government guaranteed a minimum of 25 EA. NSN: 5995-01-139-1813, 35 EA. NSN: 5995-01-142-2690, 35 EA. NSN: 5995-01-142-2691, 35 EA. 5995-01-142-2692, and 35 EA 5995-01-144-5982 which will be issued at time of award of the Basic Contract under Delivery Order 0001. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland Army Depot, PA. (W25G1U). The Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Packaging and Packing shall be stated in the solicitation. THIS WILL BE A REVERSE AUCTION ACQUISITION. THE DATE AND TIME OF THE AUCTION WILL BE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army CECOM LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM LCMC to Industry.
