Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION NASHVILLE, TN LOCATION: The U.S. Government intends to extend a current lease contract for a two-year period for approximately 94,300 rentable square feet of existing office space located at 5880 Nolensville Road in Nashville, TN. Alternate locations must be of equal size and quality and at an economic value to the Government including all tenant improvements cost, as well as all cost associated with the physical relocation. We currently occupy 82,000 usable square feet of space at a rental rate of $12.93 per square foot. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by January 10, 2009. TERM: Lease term is for two years firm term..
