- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), Shepherdstown, WV has a requirement for a vendor to provide Nortel/Meridian replacement equipment on an as needed basis by the Information Technology and Registrar (ITR) Branch. The NCTC manages a Nortel Meridian Option 81C PBX Software Release 25.40 with a MeridianMail Release 11 Voicemail system supporting 226 lodge rooms and all staff phone systems. A Statement of Work and equipment parts list are attached to this solicitation. The award will be in the form of a Blanket Purchase Order for a period of one year with authorized callers to place orders for the equipment as needed.
