- Description
- Establish carpet and flooring IDIQ. Bolling Air Force Base, Washington DC is intending to award an IDIQ indefinite delivery service contract for carpet and flooring including installation at Bolling AFB, DC locations for a 12 month base period plus four 12 month option periods. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The contractor is expected to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, administration and services necessary to install floor coverings and accessories as defined in the Statement of Work and as described in individual delivery orders. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 238330. The Government reserves the unilateral right to exercise any option periods. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 19.14, this action is 100% small business set-aside. Offers shall be reviewed and considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The solicitation notice will be posted on or about 18 July 2008.
