- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Fort Carson will be writing a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement with a Fixed Quantity and an Economic Price Adjustment for juice products. The award is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 424490 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will end on Friday, July 11, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. Proposals shall reference solicitation # W911RZ-08-P-JUICE and include pricing as follows: CLIN 0001, Orange Juice Blend, Estimated Yearly Qty. 80 Cases (3 Boxes per Case) CLIN 0002, 100% Apple Juice, Estimated Yearly Qty. 24 Cases (3 Boxes per Case) CLIN 0003, Cranberry Juice, Estimated Yearly Qty. 32 Cases (3 Boxes per Case) CLIN 0004, 100% Grape Juice, Estimated Yearly Qty. 18 Cases (3 Boxes per Case) CLIN 0005, Tea, Estimated Yearly Qty. 10 Cases (3 Boxes per Case) (These juice products are in concentrate form, water is added and they are dispensed from a machine.) Products to be delivered every other Tuesday no later than 12:00 pm to Evans Army Community Hospital, 1650 Cochrane Circle, BLDG. 7500, Fort Carson, CO 80913-4604. There shall be no deliveries on weekends, regular holidays, and training holidays. The Holiday Schedule will be supplied to the vendor at the beginning of each calendar year, to map projected holidays and training holidays for each upcoming year for the remaining term of the contract. Period of performance will be 15 July 2008 through 14 July 2009. For this solicitation Fort Carson will be issuing more than one agreement.
