This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Request for Quotation for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to make necessary repairs to plaster surfaces, and prime and paint interior surfaces of the Au Sable Light Station Double Keepers Residence at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore near Munising, MI. The NAICS Code is 238320. The small business size standard is $13.0 million. The estimated price range of the project is between $25,000 and $50,000.This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, it is set aside for emerging small businesses.
