- G40 Steel Grit; GSA P-N SAE J1993, GRIT, STEEL, ANGULAR, 50 LB Bag, CAST STEEL, SIZE, 40, HARDNESS must be 46-55. All Steel Grit must meet the standards of SAE J1993. Request for delivery will be made on delivery orders (DO). Deliveries must be made five (5) days after receipt of DO. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) will be provided with each delivery of material. DO will be issued for lots of 880 bags (22 pallets), or equivalent to a full truckload. Pallets will be labeled. RRAD will accept a lesser quantity on the last delivery order. The Government reserves the right to place orders to meet schedules and deadlines.
