- Description
- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System at U.S. Coast Guard Sandy Hook Station Building 20, Monmouth County, NJ. The work includes ductwork reconfigurations, hot water hydronic piping, air cooled condensing unit replacement and miscellaneous related work This Invitation for Bids is 100% set-aside for small business participation for which the applicable small business size standard is $13 Million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. This project is estimated between $100,000 and $500,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238220. A 20% Bid Bond is required and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required after award. The tentative bid opening date is 18 August 2008. Bid packages will be available on or about 17 July 2008 at a non-refundable charge of $48. Certified Checks or money orders should be made payable to AlphaGraphics and mailed to the firm at: 423 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair, NJ 07043. Do not send fees to the Coast Guard. All relevant solicitation documents including specifications and drawings may also be accessed for download for free commencing on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov/. Any amendments issued under this solicitation shall also be posted on this website. Vendors are required to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) at www.fedteds.gov to download the technical data package. To receive immediate notification of all changes posted electronically, vendors should click on [Register to Receive Notification]. All vendors interested in teaming or subcontracting for this solicitation, should click on [Register as Interested Vendor].
