- This publication announces the synopsis for a personal service contract as defined by FAR Subpart 2.101 and FAR Subpart 37.104. The U.S. Trade and Development Agency seeks a business development manager for the Asia Region and work out of the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok. A full solicitation is being prepared for posting on FedBizOpps within the next fifteen to thirty days. The posted solicitation on FedBizOpps will be the only announcement and no hard copy solicitation will be issued. All necessary information regarding the position and submission requirements will be presented in the solicitation.
