- The US Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) Wildlife Service Division will be soliciting for a fiberglass (no wood construction) skiff capable of supporting an ATV (approximately ¼” sides and 3/8” bottom) with a complete navigation system and a 200 HP 4 stroke motor.
