- AMENDMENT ONE (1) HHSI161200800069C 1. The following wording is hereby removed from the solicitation and is deleted completely. Phase one will be to select the most highly qualified firms who meet the above requirements. Phase two: Only the top selected firms will be issued a Request for Quotation Package for price. Evaluation Factors Award value is 60% percent and Price value is: 40 % Percent. To negotiate with any or all offerors; to award the contract to other than the lowest total price; 2. THE FOLLOWING IS ADDED TO THE SOLICITATION: PHASE TWO PRICING WILL BE NEGOTIATED TO REACH A FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE WITH THE SELECTED CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FIRM. THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE OF JULY 18, 2008 REMAINS UNCHANGED. END OF AMENDMENT
