- The point of contact for this action is Rosalind McFadden, Contracting Specialist, e-mail rosalind.p.mcfadden@us.army.mil The U.S. Army Contracting Agency; Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in (FAR 6.302-1) with The Boeing Company 7755 E Marginal Ways S Seattle WA 98108-4002 Cage Code 17765. The contractor is a Large Business and is the only company than can provide the Rental of the Altitude Chamber to incude Labor, Fueld DL2 supplies and miscellaneous materials necessary for testing of Three 15 KW generators. North American Industry Classification System (AICS) for this requirement is 541380 and the size standard is $11.0 Mil. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1600 PM Eastern Standard Time, 30 Jun 08; this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers
