- CORRECT RFP NUMBER FA8904-08-R-1107 77 Aeronautical Systems Group, Contracting Division (77 AESG/PSK) intends to issue a solicitation and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for repair/overhaul/remanufacture to FXC Corporation, 3410 S. Susan Street, Santa Ana, CA 92704-6936 for the following item: Environmental Tester, designed to test environmental sensors which automatically evaluates their functional condition, NSN: 4920-01-1392801MH, P/N: 811-001. This repair/overhaul/remanufacture is IAW TO 33D2-39-26-1 with upgrade to latest configuration as applicable to specific P/N's: 811-00148J/811-00148. A five (5) year requirements type contract with Best Estimated Quantities ( BEQS ) and priced options are contemplated. A two (2) year) Basic Contract Period, BEQ: 28 ea; Option Year 1, BEQ: 11 ea; Option Year 2; BEQ: 4 ea; and Option Year 3; BEQ: 4 ea. Total BEQ is 47 ea. The applicable NACIS CODE is 423690. All responsible offers will be considered, but offers must be submitted for the item above. Substitutes are not acceptable. Interested parties capable of providing this repair/overhaul/remanufacture of this item must submit pricing proposals NLT 3:30 pm.
