- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York has a requirement for replacement parachutes for the 103rd Para Rescue Squadron. Solicitation number W912PQ-08-T-0037 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, effective 12 June 2008. The solicitation can be downloaded at this site and responsive quotes can be sent to the attention of Fred Rodriguez at fred.rodriguez@nysuff.ang.af.mil. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 314999 and the size standard is 500 employees.
