- The Regional Contracting Office SW intends to award a bridge contract, on a sole source basis, to William Gardena, DBA Earthbank, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Earthbank, PO Box 421472 San Diego, CA 92142 will provide approximately 30,000 cubic yards of clean fill dirt to the 43 area land fill aboard Camp Pendleton at a cost of less than $100,000. This action is a brige contract with the prior incumbent contractor, while evaluations are completed on solicitation M00681-08-T-0059. This action is necessary to allow the base land fill to continue to operate and remain in compliance with regulations governing the operation of land fills.This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice.
