- Description
- The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB NV is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) paving contract. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else required to support a broad range of repair, maintenance, and/or minor construction work on Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) or Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) roads, parking lots, runways, taxiways and shoulders (including all associated site work and appurtances such as curbs, gutters, sidewalks, etc.), at Nellis AFB, Creech AFB, Tonopah Test Range (TTR), and other related sites, all in Nevada, as may be ordered by the Contracting Officer. The work is required in support of the 99 CES, Base Civil Engineer (BCE) activities. The performance period is for a base period which shall be from date of award through 31 March 2009 with a government option to extend the contract up to four (4) additional years. During this period, the BCE will identify estimated line item quantities required to complete specific jobs; the contracting officer will issue individual task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs. The minimum guaranteed contract amount will be $25,000 for the basic year only. The minimum task order amount is $20,000; the maximum dollar value of a given task order shall not exceed $4.5 Million; and the maximum contract amount is $40 Million. Proposals will be evaluated based on past performance/price trade-off (PPT) procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government. The proposed contract type is firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The solicitation is unrestricted and open to firms of all size. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued o/a 14-JUL-2008 and will be posted on http://www.fbo.gov. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be identified in the solicitation packages. No paper copies will be issued.
