- Purchase Request number IQC08161009069, NSN 5342-01-319-5383, MOUNT, RESILIENT, WEAPON SYSTEM. The item is to be utilized on a FIRE/CRASH P15 TRUCK. Solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0816; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED, OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 1593 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 1593 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 6371 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 6371 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 12,742 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W approved sources OSHKOSH CORPORATION, cage code 45152, part number 6756GX2; KARMAN RUBBER COMPANY INC, cage code 57839, part number K500-63. SHELF LIFE requirement applies to this procurement; Type I, 96 months (Non-extendable). FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 72 days ARO. This procurement does not contain a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US.
