Description

This is a Sole Source requirement. (Solicitation No. F2Y3C28133AC01) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested. Total Small Business Set-Aside; SIC 3669; NAICS 334290; Size Standard 750 Employees. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract sole-single source contract with Federal Signal Corporation, University Park, IL, on or about 23 July 2008 for the purchase of 36 Deep Cycle Batteries (part# IK-BATT-STD, a standard warranty extension of one (1) year (part# FS-W-EXTWAR) and inspection and routine maintenace (part# FS-S-IM). Equipment must be compatible with current system manufactured by Federal Signal Corporation. SYSTEM PARTS LIST INCLUDED VIA ATTACHMENT OF THIS NOTICE.
