PRON: AX8Q0292AX, NSN: 5998-01-494-1577, PN: 8515287-905, NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly, QUANTITY: 10 each, applicable to the OH-58D (Airframe), with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Honeywell International Inc., Cage Code 07187, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 10 Each due 185 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
