- 21 CONS is posting this Amendment 2 to the Solicitation for # FA2517-07-R-5001, Custodial Services for Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB) and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS). 1. The offer due dated is changed. Change SF 1449, block 8, offer due date to read: 4:00PM, 10 Jul 08. 2. Changed documents (marked with asterisk) and additional documents attached to this amendment and incorporated to the solicitation are: Attachment 1 - PWS with Appendix *1 & *1A Appendix 2 and 3 provided to awardee only Appendixes 4 - 6 are included in PWS *Attachment 2 - Proposal Schedule Exhibits A - K Examples 25 Jun 08 *Attachment 3 - Proposal Sched Exh A-K KTR Fill-in 25Jun08 *Attachment 6 - Area Wage Determination AWD 29 May 08 Added Attachment 11 - Site Visit Minutes.doc Added Attachment 11A - Site Visit Intinerary Added Attachment 12 - Q & A 18 thru 27 June 08 3. Change Appendix 1 and 1A is changed to show the change in the calculation methodology. The original methodology used to calculate the "Total Frequency Average for Building" for Appendix A (Exhibit A and B) and 1A (Exhibit F and G) did not represent an accurate amount of square footage for the identified frequency. The average was not taking into consideration the various frequencies for each facility as well as the square footage variability. Therefore, the "Frequency" was adjusted to account for every square foot and the amount it is serviced. This caused both up and down fluctuations, but does use a pinpoint number instead of an average. 4. Change Attachment 2 - Proposal Schedule Exhibits A - K Examples 25 Jun 08, to show the change in the calculation methodology. 5. Change Attachment 3 - Proposal Sched Exh A-K KTR Fill-in 25Jun08, to show the change in the calculation methodology. 6. Update for Attachment 6 - Area Wage Determination AWD 29 May 08. 7. Attachment 11 and 11A, Site Visit Minutes and Intinerary is added for offerors review. 8. Attachment 12, offeror Questions and Government Answers from 18 thru 27 June 2008 are added for offeror review. 9. Amendment 2 RFP released 30 June 08, Page 3, Table of Contents is updated, to add attachments 11, 11A, and 12. 10. Amendment 2 RFP released 30 June 08, FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Table of Contents is updated to add attachments 11, 11A, and 12. Proposal due date is changed to 10 July 08 at 1600hrs.
