- This notice is an announcement of intent to award TITAN 400 watt Xenon Lightsource, Floorstand, and SolarPlus Headlight System to Northstar Surgical, 3601 Park Center Blvd., Suite 121, St. Louis Park, MN 55416. The TITAN 400 watt Xenon light source is a specialized patented lamp design with extended 1000 hour warranty, turret design, and whisper quiet operation for a complete state-of art illumination for operating room usage. The new fan technology and advanced airflow design operate much cooler than conventional systems and reduces operating noise by 50%.
