- This solicitation modifies solicitation N4008508B8459, TECOM (SOI) Interim Facilities, MCB, Camp Lejeune, NC into two separate solicitations: N4008508B8459, TECOM (SOI) Interim Facilities at Camp GeigerN4008508B8462, TECOM (SOI) Interim Facilities at Camp Devil Dog The work includes construction of a site to locate two (2) double-wide admin. trailers, two (2) 20,000 sf pre-engineered buildings for classrooms, and a 13,500 sf ISMT at Camp Geiger, N4008508B8459. Construct two (2) CMU billeting structures, one (1) 6,000 sf CMU bldg. for admin., a 20,000 sf pre-engineered building for classrooms, and one (1) 20,000 sf Thunder Dome (outdoor classroom), Camp Devil Dog, N4008508B8462. Also included is clearing/grubbing, asphalt paving, stormwater management, security lighting, security fencing, and demo of sea huts (where billeting structures are going at CDD). Necessary utility connections will also be provided to the sites, and incidental related work. The proposed contract is Small Business Set-Aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 and Size Standard of $31 Million. Estimated cost range is for Camp Geiger is $5,000,000 to $10,000.00 and the Estimated cost range for Camp Devil Dog is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available for electronic download on or about 7 July 2008. Bid opening date will be on or about 6 August 2008.
