- The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award, on a sole-source basis, a contract to provide lodging, refreshments and audio-visual support for Air Force Judge Advocate General School's 2008 Legal Assistance / Family Law Course to Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa at the Convention Center. Scope will include lodging for 160 guests during the dates of 7 July – 11 July 2008 in Montgomery, AL. A general session room with capacity for at least 150 people, and four break-out rooms with 50-person-capacities are required. The course must be held in Montgomery, AL during the specified dates. No alternatives can be considered. If you have knowledge of a Montgomery-based venue that can provide the level of support required, please notify this office by the date of expiration of this notice.
