- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army AMCOM intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for a membership into the Information Forum for supply chain innovation. The membership will allow for up to three (3) personnel from AMCOM to participte in meetings and conferences, and provide them access to the vast resource tools available only to members of the Forum.
