- The Government is seeking Expressions of Interest for a warehouse lease requirement of approximately 3,900 square feet of space and 8 secure parking spaces. The space is currently leased through September 30, 2008 at 325 Chelmsford Street, Lowell, MA. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding 10 year lease with an option to terminate after 5 years. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Within the city limits of Lowell, MA. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JULY 15th, 2008 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)Legal description 3)Drawing of space offered. 4)Usable Square Feet Offered 5)Rentable Square Feet Offered 6)Estimated full service rent including the amount of tenant improvement allowance included in the rate 7)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 8)Number of parking spaces available on or near the premises and the approximate cost. 9) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner, manager or exclusive agent of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative, Studley, Inc.
