- This solicitation is a reissuance of solicitation SPM1C1-08-R-0009. This solicitation covers an unrestricted with HUBZone price evaluation preference acquisition of Coveralls, Combat Vehicle Crewman's (CVC), Tan. NSN 8415-01-332-7906(s). The quantities are 3,600 min; 21,000 Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ); and 27,000 max. Three mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with the same min, AEQ, and max. Applicable specification is MIL-C-44077C dated 27 November 1990 with pattern dated 25 January 1988. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 3 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance, Surge and Sustainment Capacity, and Socioeconomic Plan.
