- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informationincluded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. M67004-08-T-0139 is being issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are thosein effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA is soliciting and will negotiate a Sole source, firm fixed price contract with McMillan Fiberglass Stocks Inc., (Cage: (0LB99) for the following parts: Item 0001: Fiberglass stocks with accessories (Adjustable check piece w/screws, all flush cups recoil pad inlet for front accessory rail) - Qty: 82ea, P/N: A-4. Item 0002: Bipod Stud-Qty 82, P/N: N/A NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. Ship to:MAINTENANCE CENTER (MMSA95), WEAPONS TRAINING BATTALION, BLDG 27250, 27211 Garand Rd, Quantico, VA 22134-5036; Delivery date: 60 days ARO or Sooner. FOB Destination pricing is preferred. The NAICS Code is 332994, Size Standard 1,000 Employees. However, this requirement is not set-aside for small business.
