- The synopnis is being posted for informational purposes only. The Federal Protective Service plans to solicit and award a purchase order on a sole source basis, to Motorola, Inc. The purpose of the contract is to repair and upgrade the existing Motorola Key Management Facility (KMF) in the FPS trunk radio system located in Denver, CO. The existing KMF contains proprietary information precluding any other prospective contractor from working on this requirement.
