- Additional NAICS: 541922 - Commercial Photography and 541922 - Commercial Photography. Requirement will consist of DA CIO/G6 apporved services for the U. S. Army Garrison Rock Island Arsenal and tenant activities to include Graphic Arts Services, Photography Services, Multimedia Services, Broadcast/Video/Audio Services, Media/Equipment Support Services, and Presentation Support. Anticipated contract will be for one basic period of performance with four option periods. Estimated issue date of formal request for proposals is COB 14 Jul 08. The solicitation will issued electonically using the Army Single Face to Industry Web site, therefore hard copies will not be furnished. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (D0D) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
