- The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of the Office of Inspector General, intends to award a Labor Hour type contract for Recruiting & Hiring Services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Performance Work Statement and a complete solicitation for the Recruiting & Hiring Services can be found at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/rfp/rfp_1.asp CCEs website under solicitation W91WAW-08-T-0111. It is the Governments intent to request proposals and place an order with the contractor that can provide the required services that are submitted in a technically acceptable manner at the lowest price. Your firm submission should reflect and demonstrate an understanding of the PWS and must address each of the Specific Tasks in Part 5 of the PWS to be properly considered as technically acceptable. The procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations, Subpart 12.6 are applicable to this RFP. Your submission is due no later than 10:00 AM EST on 14 July 2008. Failure to provide timely submission or response will exclude the proposal from consideration. All inquiries must be in writing and must be submitted by 10:00 am EST, 03 July 2008.
