- Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to construct three wells located in Yellowstone and Musselshell Counties, Montana. Bid schedule is as follows: 1) Mobilization 1 lump sum; 2) Drilling Well Hole 705 Linear Feet; 3) Install 8 inch Steel Surface Casing 3 Each; 4) Install 4-1/2 inch PVC Casing 705 Linear Feet; 5) Gravel Pack Material (50#Bg) 42 Each; 6) Medium Chip Bentonite (50#Bg) 24 Each; 7) Stand by Time 6 Hours; 8) Well Development and testing 6 Hours; 9) Well Abandonment 6 Hours. This is a set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237110. The Small business size standard is $31.0 Million. Work under this contract is located in Yellowstone and Musselshell counties, Montana. The contractor will have twenty-four (24) calender days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $50,000. A 100 percent payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000. Payment Protection must be submitted within Ten (10) days of Notice of Award and can be submiited by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. Prosepective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible of award. Contractors must register their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) online at http://orca.bpn.gov. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON/ABOUT JULY 15, 2008. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov". Response date for quotes will be on/about August 14, 2008. The exact closing date will be posted in the RFQ. Information regarding a Site Tour will be posted in the solicitation.
