- Description
- The U.S.Army RDECOM,Natick Contracting Division,has a requirement to supply and install a Creare Steam and Air Module in Building 7 located at the Soldier System Center,Kansas Street, Natick,MA 01760.Work includes,but is not limited to,mechanical,electrical,roof and flooring work.The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is 100 per cent set aside for hub zone contractors. The NAICS code is 236220 and the SIC code is 1542. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance is sixty calendar days. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. A site visit will be held on 15 and 22 July 2008. Drawings will be available at the site visit. All parties shall meet in the lobby of building 1 located at the Soldier System Center,Kansas Street,Natick,MA 01760 at 9:00AM. The solicitation,technical,specifications,and wage determination will be available for download on or about 15 July 2008. Proposals shall be due no later than 2:00PM local time on 15 August 2008.
