- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) #F4DEB18156A001. Submit written offers. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.bpn.gov). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-26and DFARS Change Notice 20080513. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 335311 and Size Standard of 750 employees apply to this procurement. CLIN 0001 APS3015 (Adaptive Powers Systems) OR EQUAL Solid State Frequency/Voltage Converter, VIN :280V, 3 Phase, 47-63 Hz Out: 0-520V, line to line, 0-300V line to neutral, 3 Phase 45-500 hz (both adjustable) rated at 15kVA QTY 1 EACH CLIN 0002 Shipping 1 EACH The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items.
