- The United States Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order to Learning Tree International, 1831 Michael Faraday Dr., Reston, VA 20190-5304 to provide five day training and exam preparation for meeting Government mandated objective for compliance with DOD Directive 8570 for CompTIA Security and Certification Exam. The total award amount is estimated to be $35,000. The appropriate NAICS code is 611420, size standard is $6.5. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capablilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Response to this notice must be received within two calendar days of the date of this notice via email. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106(b). See numbered note 22 insert two days in lieu of 45. No solicitation will be available.
