- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700108Q0156 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561110 and the business size standard is $6.5 million. This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965, as Amended, unless a statutory exception applies per FAR subpart 22.10. Line Item #0001: HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT NSPS National Security Personnel System (NSPS POST CONVERSION SERVICES) PEROID OF PERFORMANCE 01 AUGUST 2008 THROUGH 30 APRIL 2009: DATE OF CONTRACT TO BE AWARDED 30 JULY 2008.
