- FedBizOpps Gain knowledge of the future procurement business practices of our United States Air Force at the Continental United States (CONUS) Installation level. An invitation is extended to Industry operating in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia to learn more about Installation Acquisition Transformation (IAT). Industry partners are encouraged to attend a briefing and ask questions during the forum on 08 July 2008 from 7:30 am to 9:30 am at Bolling AFB, DC, Stewart Theatre/Tech Center, Bldg. 52. IAT is an Air Force-wide initiative to modify contracting business practices at the Continental United States (CONUS) Installation level to create a more efficient acquisition process. Attendees can learn about the opportunities and changes the transformation brings to installation-level procurement. The meeting will be held 08 July 2008 at Bolling AFB, DC, Stewart Theatre/Tech Center, Bldg. 52. Stay on Duncan Avenue past a white church. Technology Center (Building 52), large red brick building, will be on your right. Turn right on Dinger Street and take a left into the parking lot.
