- The purpose of this effort is to procure two (2) Sensaphone IMS-4000 Host Units (part number IMS-4001); two (2) Sensaphone IMS-4000 Node Units (part number IMS-4002); sixteen (16) Sensaphone Mini Temperature Sensors (part number IMS4812); two (2) Sensaphone Room Humidity Sensors with Display (part number IMS-4821); six (6) Sensaphone Water Sensors with 10’ Water Detection Coverage (part number IMS-4830); and four (4) Sensaphone Smoke Detectors with 7’ cable. The Government expects to receive the three (3) year limited warranty for the products listed above. This notice is a request for competitive proposals. Any Offeror who deviates from the Government’s requirement must provide a detailed explanation with their quote submission. Quotes should be submitted to Mr. Anderson andersn@onr.navy.mil by 2:00 PM on 15 July 2008. Questions regarding this effort should be e-mailed and received by Mr. Anderson no later than 72 hours prior to the closing date and time. Any quotes received after the closing date and time will be treated as a late submission. Quotes received by the specified closing date and time will be considered for an award. This effort is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
