- NASA/KSC has a requirement for software packages. The following are the requesteditems: 1)AFT Fathom Network License (qty 3)2)AFT Fathom GSC module network license (qty 1)3)AFT Fathom XTS module network license (qty 1)4)AFT Arrow Network License (qty 3)5)AFT Arrow GSC Module network license (qty 1)6)Chempak Property Database network license (qty 1)7)AFT Fathom Network License (qty 1)8)AFT Fathom GSC module network license (qty 1)9)AFT Fathom XTS module network license (qty 1)10)AFT Arrow Network License (qty 1)11)AFT Arrow GSC Module network license (qty 1)12)Chempak Property Database network license (qty 1)NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from Applied Flow Technology Corporation. Thisrequisition renews our maintenance and technical support for existing software. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to maria.m.figueroa@nasa.gov not later than 4:30 p.m. local time onJuly 7, 2008. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purposeof determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
