- NGA is seeking qualified contractors to provide deployable Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) analytical, expeditionary systems technician support, and "Exercise Agent" support, to assist in National, Military, and Civil (also called "Domestic") level planning, exercises and operations. The goal of this Draft RFP is to obtain comments and suggestions from industry before issuing the Final RFP. This Draft RFP is not a solicitation and th Government does not intend to issue an award on the basis of the responses generated as a result of this Presolicitation Notice nor pay for the preparation of any information submitted or for the Governments use of such information. No basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this notice or the Governments use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for the RFP. Responses will be held in a confidential manner. The Interested Vendors List (IVL) feature will be activated on the Vendors portal to FedBizOpps, and firms are encouraged to provide their contact information to help maximize teaming and subcontracting arrangements. Classified documents will be posted or updated on the Classified ARC website (NGA-DSC effort). See Section L for more information. Interested parties shall be registered via the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Registration information for CCR is located at the following website: http://www.ccr.gov/. CCR Registration is mandatory. The NAICS Code is 541330. Any vendor interested in providing this service should submit any comments or suggestions to Joey Larman. The Schedule Deadline for Submission of comments and suggestions: 10 July 2008. Responses should be sent via electronic email to: joey.larman@nga.mil and lora.l.mackin@nga.mil. Parties requiring additional technical information or classification should contact Mr. Larman at the above address. The Draft RFP is attached.
