AN/ARC-210 Platform Integration Kits Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Reference #: N00019-08-G-0016-02 Classification Code: 59—Electrical and electroin Equipment components NAICS: 334290—Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing This is a notice of intent by the Naval Air Systems Command, Air Combat Electronic Program Office (PMA-209) to issue varios orders under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0016 with Rockwell Collins Government Systems (RCGS), 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is assigned responsibility for the planning, programming, budgeting, procurement, installation, operation, and support of the Air Combat Electronics programs. These orders include providing Platform Integration Kits for the AN/ARC-210(V) EP radios and/or components for various platforms. The kits shall be comprised of the following items to be purchased under multiple orders: Quantity of six 629F-23 ARC-210 Transeiver, P/N: 822-2640-0001 for MH-60S, four 994M-4A Link 11 Smart Mount, P/N: 822-1708-002, three 629F-11A Receiver-Transmitter, P/N: 822-1182-002, and four 629F-23 ARC-210 Transceiver, P/N: 822-2640-001. Delivery will commence in September 2008 and will be completed no later than June 2009. As Rockwell Collins is the sole developer of the ARC-210 Family of products and related ancillary equipment and maintain the proprietary rights to this radio, they are the only capable source of providing the equipment necessary to interface to the receiver-transmitters being installed on the various aircraft. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
