- This is a Sole Source requirement. (Solicitation No. F2Y4RD8179A001) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested. Total Small Business Set-Aside; SIC 7999; NAICS 713990; Size Standard 6.5 Million. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract sole-single source purchase order with the Commemorative Air Force (CAF), Midland, TX, on or about 3 July 2008 for the purchase of an air show act. Act must accurately recreate the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor, with a minimum of eight (8) replica Japanese aircraft. Act must include ground-based pyrotechnics (i.e. smoke, fire, and explosives) from 19 July 2008 to 20 July 2008.
