- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F4AT838158A001; and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The required delivery time is 30 days ARO. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-26. This acquisition is to be 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220. The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5820. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3663. All quotes must reflect FOB Destination to Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. IAW provision 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, the following methods of evaluation will be used in order of importance: Price. All items are Universal Switching Corporation brand name only. ITEM 0001: Universal Switching Corporation P/N 12400-601; System, Matrix-Solid State-Analog (800-2400 MHz): Dual 8 input 16 output non-blocking full-fanout analog switching matrices with 50 ohm N type connectors, unity gain, front panel smart-key and VF Display, integrated Ethernet and Multi-Serial remote control, and dual hot-swappable power supplies. Qty 1 Ea ITEM 0002: Single user license for RouteWarePRO control software. Qty 1 Ea. Additional notes: Contractors are asked to submit their tax identification number and estimated delivery timeframe with their proposal. FOB Destination must be reflected in the quote.
