- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being competed as brand name or equal. Substitutions, must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in this requirement. Award will be based on lowest price, after determining interoperability and products proposed are technically acceptable. This will be a firm fixed price type contract. Invoicing will be done electronically through the Wide Area Workflow System and the Accepter/Receiver will be established in the delivery order. Delivery shall be made within 60 days or less after receipt of order. FOB: Destination. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov.
