Description: THE FOLLOWING SLEEP SYSTEM IS BEING SOLICITED UNDER GSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLY AND IS ALSO POSTED IN GSA ADVANTAGE. THE FOLLOWING IS APPLICABLE: WAWF INVOICING INSTRUCTIONS AND PAYMENT FOR SUPPLIES Invoices for supplies rendered under this order shall be submitted electronically through Wide Area Work Flow – Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF): The vendor shall self-register at the web site https://wawf.eb.mil. Vendor training is available on the internet at http://wawftraining.com. A separate invoice will be prepared per Order. Do not combine the payment claims for supplies provided under this contract ordered through multiple orders within one invoice. Vendors are required to submit attachments to their invoices confirming delivery to the site. This proof of delivery can be in the form of scanned documents indicating signature or any wireless confirmation. Clicking the "Misc. Info" tab at the top of the page may create attachments. The attachment specific buttons will appear on the right side of the page. Click on the icon next to the “Attachments” drop down box. Click on the “Browse” button on the Attachments page. Select the file you wish to attach. Click on the “Open” button. Click “Continue”. Your attachment will appear in the “Attachments” drop down box. You may repeat these steps to attach additional documents up to a total of 1.5 MB. Click on the “Header” tab to return to the invoice. Select the Create Invoice And Receiving Report combo within WAWF as the invoice type (destination/destination). The Invoice and Receiving Report combo prepares the Material Inspection and Receiving Report, DD Form 250, and the Invoice at the same time.
